Redgreen keeps statistics on which areas of the website our users visit as well as which products are the users' favourite. This data does not include personal information. On the other hand, we use data on all our users' navigation to understand how our users, as a whole group, use the website, and on this basis, we are continuously improving. 4. Disclosure to other data controllers
As a general rule, your personal information will not be disclosed to a third party without your permission. However, information for the use of delivery service is passed on to the logistics company used by Redgreen as well as the freight company. However, under certain circumstances, information may need to be disclosed to public authorities or the police. For example, information may be disclosed to the police in case of suspected credit card fraud. 6. Deletion of personal data
Personal information provided in connection with the execution of orders in our webshop is deleted after 5 years until the end of a financial year (calendar year). Personal information provided in other cases, e.g. newsletter sign-up will be deleted when we no longer need to process them for the purposes of paragraph 3. However, the information can be processed and stored longer in anonymised form.
