If you don't receive your order confirmation after completing your order, we recommend checking your email's spam folder. Occasionally, some email programs mistakenly classify our order confirmations as spam and place them there.
You should contact us as soon as possible so that we can change the delivery address on your order. It's important to act quickly because we process your order as soon as we receive it. See here for contact information.
Once your order is placed and paid for, and we have registered your purchase, you cannot change your order.
As soon as we have registered your order and it is dispatched from our warehouse, the money will be deducted from your account.

Abroad, it is UPS that sends our packages. Here you can choose between UPS normal delivery or UPS express. You can choose GLS home delivery or GLS parcel shop in Denmark. You choose when you place your order.
Unfortunately, it is not possible to pick up your order directly from our warehouse.
As soon as your order has been sent from our warehouse, we will send you a Track-and-trace number which you can use to follow your package, until you have received your package.
We work hard on giving you the best service possible, that is why it is important to us, that your package will be with you in reasonable time.
When you have placed and paid for your order and we have registered it at our warehouse, you will have your packages within 3-5 working days.

If you don't pick up your package at the designated location, it will be returned to us after 7-14 days. We will automatically cancel your order as we consider it a return order.
If you're not at home when the delivery company attempts to deliver your package, they will leave a card or send you an SMS with instructions on where to pick up your package.
Unfortunately, it is not possible to exchange an item. Instead, you can return your order, and we can refund your purchase so that you can place a new order.
Items purchased on sale or with a discount code can only be reordered with the same offer if the sale prices are still valid on the website.
If you have received an item that is defected, you should contact our customer service team and send us an email with pictures of the claim. Send the e-mail to our customer email firstname.lastname@example.org.
Your claim must be made within a reasonable period of time once the defect has been detected.
When you receive your package, a return form has been nclosed. This note states the reasons why you are returning the item. Here you must choose the reason why you are returning the item. Be aware that we do not offer free return when shipping overseas.
If you are dissatisfied with your item and you would like to make a claim, please contact our customer service team. When sending the claim, you must inform us why you are dissatisfied and attach pictures of the following item.
As a customer, you have a 180-day right of withdrawal when you shop with us. The 180 days apply from the day you receive your package. The deadline means that you have 180 days from receipt to let us know that you will regret your urchase.
You can send an email to email@example.com or use the return form that is packed with your order. If you have not received a return form, you can send us an email and we will send a new one.
In your package you will find a return form which we prefer you use.
We recommend you send back the package in the originally packaging that you received your item in. Drop of your package at the nearest postal service.
Be aware that we do not offer free return when shipping overseas.
You or the recipient of the gift are always welcome to make a return. Just keep the packing slip and the package label for that person. Please note that we can only refund the money to the card used for the purchase.
It can take up to 5 working days before we have registered your return package. We will send you an email as soon as we have registered your package in our warehouse. Depending on which payment option you have used for your purchase, your money will be registered in your account 2-3 days later.

If you have a discount code it can be used on all not discounted products.
You can redeem your discount code by clicking on the shopping basket in the top right corner. When you are in the shopping cart, you will find on the right side under the field with the icons for payment options a field labeled DISCOUNT CODE. Here you insert your discount code and then click 'Add'.
