Returns and Exchanges

Returning and exchanging your items is easy.

You must pay for the return of the goods yourself. 

You can print your return label at home or receive a QR code, which the parcel shop can use to print the label for you.

Always remember to get a receipt when you drop off your package.

 

30-Day Return Policy

At REDGREEN, you always have a 30-day return policy, and you can exchange items within the same period. Exchanges are free when registered through our Return Portal or done directly at our warehouse in Viby J. This applies to online orders.

Christmas gifts: You can already buy your Christmas gift now. Extended return policy until 31/01/2025.

Free Exchange

To exchange for a different size, create a return in our system, selecting the products you want in a new size. We will then create a new order and pack it for you. You will also receive a return label to easily send the incorrect sizes back.

We only exchange for different sizes. If you want a different color or product, please place a new order.

Note: Exchanges can only be made if the item is in stock!

 

Important Notice

Exchanges and returns will not be accepted if the item's value has been diminished due to:

  • The item has been used.
  • The item smells of smoke, sweat, detergent, or perfume.
  • There are hairs or marks on the item.
  • The item is not returned in its original packaging.

 

Shipping

The prices are stated in Euro incl. VAT. The price for shipping is added to the price of the product. You choose the shipping method at the end of the payment process.

Shipping prices when ordering goods on REDGREEN's webshop:

  • European destinations: GLS-Shop delivery: EUR 9,95 – free delivery on purchases over EUR 100.
  • European destinations: GLS-Direct: EUR 14,95 – free delivery on purchases over EUR 100.

REDGREEN endeavors to ship orders as quickly as possible and under normal circumstances we try to deliver within 3-5 days of your purchase, however longer delivery times may be experienced during holiday periods or around public holidays. If the unfortunate event is that the delivery time exceeds 30 days, you can cancel your order.

The item is delivered with GLS.

We deliver to Denmark with the exception of Greenland and the Faroe Islands. We deliver to private and company addresses, as well as parcel shops.

REDGREEN is not obliged to deliver goods that are sold out of stock.

We reserve the right to cancel the purchase agreement in any of the following situations, without being liable for compensation or other costs:

  • Your payment information is incorrect or cannot be verified
  • Your order has been placed with the purpose of committing fraud etc. or submitted in connection with a criminal offense or other illegal activity
  • An unintentional error occurs on the website, e.g. a payment error or similar

 

Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal only applies to private consumers, and you have the right to withdraw from an agreement within 30 days after the day you or another person you have chosen, other than the carrier, receives the goods in physical possession.

If you ordered multiple items in one order, and we cannot deliver them all at once, the withdrawal period begins when you or another person you have chosen, other than the carrier, takes possession of the last item.

If the deadline falls on a public holiday, Saturday, Constitution Day, Christmas Eve, or New Year's Eve, the deadline is extended to the next working day.

 

How to Exercise the Right of Withdrawal

You can exercise your right of withdrawal by notifying us that you wish to withdraw. This notification should be sent by email to info@redgreen.dk. You cannot withdraw by refusing to accept the item or by failing to pick it up without also notifying us that you wish to withdraw. If we receive your returned items without a prior notice from you, we will consider the return as an exercise of the right to withdraw.

The right of withdrawal is maintained if you send an unequivocal message that you wish to withdraw before the withdrawal period expires.

 

Testing the Item and Packaging

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

You may normally inspect the item in the same way you can and may in a store, but you may not use it. Therefore, do not remove price tags, labels, and similar. The item must be returned in its original packaging. If you have used it in a way that is not allowed or could not be done in a store, and we cannot sell it again, or cannot sell it at full price, expect that we will deduct the diminished value from the refund amount. If the item no longer has a resale value, we will not refund the purchase amount.

You should also ensure that the item is securely packaged when you return it. You bear the risk for the package/goods until we receive it. Therefore, keep your postal receipt and any track and trace number.

 

Complaint

If you have a complaint, please contact us via email at info@redgreen.dk with your order number and pictures of the item in question.

For returns due to a complaint or error, we cover the shipping costs. However, it requires that the package is sent through our return portal, and that you have contacted us first to have the complaint approved.

If your complaint is justified, you may have the item repaired, exchanged, refunded, or receive a price reduction, depending on the situation. Remember to file your complaint within a 'reasonable time' after discovering the defect.

 

Refunds

The refund will be available in 99% of cases the following day, but depending on the bank, it may take up to 2-3 business days after we receive your package. The money will be refunded via the same payment method you used for the purchase. We reserve the right to withhold the payment until we have received the item. If you paid with MobilePay, the amount will be refunded to the card linked to your MobilePay.

 

Complaint Access

If we cannot agree on the handling of the complaint, you may file a complaint with the Center for Complaint Resolution, Competition and Consumer Authority, Carl Jacobsens Vej 35, 2500 Valby, www.forbrug.dk.

 

Liability

REDGREEN is not liable for delays or non-performance due to force majeure. As long as a force majeure situation exists, REDGREEN is exempt from fulfilling its obligations.

REDGREEN's liability for damages is limited to an amount equal to the price of the item you purchased in all cases.
