Delivery & Return
The prices are stated in Euro incl. VAT. The price for shipping is added to the price of the product. You choose the shipping method at the end of the payment process.
Shipping prices when ordering goods on REDGREEN's webshop:
- European destinations: GLS-Direct: EUR 9,95 – free delivery on purchases over EUR 100.
- USA: DHL Direct: EUR 29,95 for delivery on all orders.
REDGREEN endeavors to ship orders as quickly as possible and under normal circumstances we try to deliver within 3-5 days of your purchase, however longer delivery times may be experienced during holiday periods or around public holidays. If the unfortunate event is that the delivery time exceeds 30 days, you can cancel your order.
The item is delivered with GLS or PostNord - depending on what you choose.
We deliver to Denmark with the exception of Greenland and the Faroe Islands. We deliver to private and company addresses, as well as parcel shops.
REDGREEN is not obliged to deliver goods that are sold out of stock.
We reserve the right to cancel the purchase agreement in any of the following situations, without being liable for compensation or other costs:
- Your payment information is incorrect or cannot be verified
- Your order has been placed with the purpose of committing fraud etc. or submitted in connection with a criminal offense or other illegal activity
- An unintentional error occurs on the website, e.g. a payment error or similar
Right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal only applies to private consumers, and you have the right to withdraw from an agreement within 180 days of the day on which you or another person chosen by you, but not the carrier, gets physical possession of the goods.
If you have ordered several items in one order, and we cannot deliver the items at the same time, the cancellation period starts when you or another person you have chosen, but not the carrier, gets physical possession of the last item.
If the deadline expires on a public holiday, Saturday, Constitution Day, Christmas Eve or New Year's Eve, the deadline is extended to the following weekday.
How to use the right of withdrawal
You regret by notifying us that you regret. Notice of cancellation is sent by e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org . You cannot cancel by refusing to receive the item or by failing to pick it up without at the same time giving notice that you cancel. If we receive your goods back without notification from you about exercise of your right of withdrawal, we will regard the return of the goods as an exercise of the right to cancel the purchase.
The right of withdrawal is respected if you submit an unequivocal notification that you regret the purchase before the withdrawal period has expired.
Return of the item and return costs
If you regret the purchase of an item, you must send the item to Redgreen Wholesale Aps, Rudolfgaardsvej 6a, 8260 Viby J, DK without undue delay and no later than 180 days after you have notified us that you wish to cancel your purchase. The deadline is met if you return the goods before the expiry of the 180 days.
When you return an item, you must always attach our completed return slip – the return slip came with your goods when you received them. If the return slip has been lost, you can have a new one sent to you by contacting our customer service at email@example.com
Goods cannot be sent per cash on delivery or without distribution.
You must pay for the return of the goods yourself. When using the attached return label, DKK 39.00 is deducted from the purchase.
Refund of the money
Partial cancellation: This does not apply if you have purchased several items in one order and you only cancel a part of your purchase. In such cases, we will not refund the delivery costs.
If you have chosen a form of delivery that is more expensive than the cheapest form of delivery that we offer, you will not be reimbursed for the extra cost.
The amount will be refunded without undue delay and in any case no later than 14 days from the date on which we received notification that you regret. However, we can withhold payment until we have received the goods back.
We try to make such a refund using the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction. In any case, you will not be charged any fees as a result of the refund.
Testing of the product and packaging
You are only liable for a possible deterioration of the value of the goods, which is due to handling of the goods other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and the way in which the goods work.
You must normally examine the item in the same way as you can and must in a shop, but you must not use it. You must therefore not cut off price tags, labels and the like. The item must be returned in the original packaging. If you have used it in a way that you are not allowed or cannot in a business, and we cannot sell it again, or cannot sell it at full price again, you must count on us deducting the decrease in value in the amount you must have back. If the item no longer has a commercial value, we will not refund the purchase amount.
You should also ensure that the item is securely wrapped when you return it. You bear the risk for the package/goods yourself until we receive it. Therefore, save the postal receipt as well as any track and trace number.
Complaints – If there is something wrong with the product
If there is a defect in a product, e.g. a material or manufacturing defect, the provisions of the Sales Act apply.
You can complain about defects in the product within 24 months from the time of delivery by contacting us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
We ask that you provide as much detail as possible what the problem is. Use our return slip and state the complaint in the return code, and send the return slip together with the item to Redgreen Wholesale Aps, Rudolfgaardsvej 13, 8260 Viby J, Denmark.
If the complaint is justified, we will refund your reasonable shipping costs.
If you no longer have a return slip and return label, you can contact our customer service at email@example.com and have a new one sent to you.
Remember that the item must always be sent in proper packaging and receive a receipt for dispatch. Save postal receipt incl. information on shipping costs and any track and trace number.
Access to complaints
If we cannot agree on handling the complaint, you may submit a complaint to the Center for complaint resolution, Danish Competition and Consumer Authority, Carl Jacobsens Vej 35, 2500 Valby, www.forbrug.dk .
REDGREEN is not responsible for delays or failure to fulfill the agreement due to force majeure. As long as a force majeure situation exists, Redgreen is exempt from fulfilling its obligations.
REDGREEN 's liability for damages is limited to an amount corresponding to the price of the product you have purchased for all claims.
