Returns and exchanges

Returning and exchanging your goods is easy.

If you need a refund, return shipping costs DKK 39,- in Denmark and DKK 59,- outside Denmark, which you pay when ordering a return label, whereas it is free to exchange to another size. You can also choose to receive store credit in the form of a gift card so you can shop with us again.

You can either print the return label from home or get a QR code that the parcel shop can use to print the label for you.

Always remember to get a delivery receipt when you hand in your parcel.


30 days return policy

At REDGREEN, you always have a 30-day return policy and you can exchange items within the same period. Exchanges must be registered via our Returns Portal or directly at our warehouse in Viby J 8260. This applies to online orders.


Exchanges

To exchange to another size, you need to create a return in our system where you select the products you want in a new size. We will then create a new order and pack it for you.

Create a return

We only exchange for other sizes. If you want a different colour or product, you will need to place a new order.

NOTE: Exchanges can only be made if the item is in stock!


Please note

Exchanges and returns are not accepted if the value of the item is impaired due to:

  • The item has been used.
  • The item smells of smoke, sweat, detergent or perfume.
  • There is hair or marks on the item.
  • The item is not returned in its original packaging.

 

Delivery of the item

Prices are quoted in Danish kroner (DKK) incl. VAT, and the shipping price is added at checkout. You choose the shipping method at the end of the checkout process.

Shipping prices for orders on REDGREEN's webshop, prices outside Denmark may vary from the following:

  • DAO home delivery: 39 DKK - free for purchases over 599 DKK
  • DAO parcel shop: 39 DKK - free for purchases over 599 DKK
  • GLS parcel shop: 45 DKK - free for purchases over 599 DKK
  • GLS home delivery: 59 DKK

We endeavour to ship your items as soon as possible, usually within 1-3 days of your purchase. Delivery time may be longer during holiday periods and around public holidays. If the delivery time exceeds 30 days, you can cancel your order.

The goods are delivered with DAO or GLS, depending on your choice. We deliver to addresses and parcel shops in Denmark, but not to Greenland and the Faroe Islands.

REDGREEN reserves the right to cancel orders in the following cases, without liability for compensation:

  • Invalid or unverifiable payment information
  • Suspicion of fraud or illegal activities in connection with your order
  • Unintentional errors on the website, e.g. payment errors.

We also reserve the right not to deliver items that are out of stock.


Right of cancellation

The right of cancellation only applies to private consumers and you have the right to cancel a contract within 30 days of the day on which you or another person you have chosen, but not the carrier, takes physical possession of the goods.

If you have ordered several goods in one order and we cannot deliver the goods at the same time, the cancellation period runs from the day you or another person you have chosen, but not the carrier, takes physical possession of the last item.

If the cancellation period expires on a public holiday, Saturday, Constitution Day, Christmas Eve or New Year's Eve, the period is extended to the following working day.


How to exercise your right of cancellation

You cancel by notifying us that you are cancelling. Notification of cancellation is sent by email info@redgreen.dk. You cannot cancel by refusing to receive the goods or by failing to collect them without also notifying us of your cancellation. If we receive your goods back without notification from you about exercising your right of cancellation, we will consider the return of the goods as an exercise of the right to cancel the purchase.

The right of cancellation is complied with if you send unambiguous notice of cancellation before the cancellation period has expired.


Testing of the product and packaging

You are only liable for any deterioration in the value of the goods caused by handling the goods other than what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

You may normally examine the goods in the same way as you can and may in a shop, but you may not put them into use. Therefore, you may not cut off price tags, labels and the like. The item must be returned in its original packaging. If you have used the item in a way that is not allowed in a shop and we cannot sell it again, or cannot sell it at full price again, you can expect us to deduct the depreciation in value from the amount to be returned to you. If the item no longer has a commercial value, we will not refund the purchase price.

You should also ensure that the item is properly packaged when you return it. You bear the risk of the parcel(s) until we receive it. Therefore, save the postal receipt and any track and trace number.


Complaints

If you have a complaint, please contact us by e-mail info@redgreen.dk with your order number and pictures of the item in question.

For returns due to complaints or errors, we cover the shipping costs. However, this requires that the parcel is sent through our returns portal and that you have first contacted us to get the claim approved.

If your complaint is justified, you can get the item repaired, exchanged, refunded or get a reduction in price, depending on the situation. Remember to complain within ‘reasonable time’ after you have discovered the fault.


Refund of the money

The refund will be available in 99% of cases the following day, but depending on the bank it can sometimes take up to 2-3 business days after we have received your parcel. The money will be refunded via the same payment method you used for the purchase. We reserve the right to withhold payment until we have received the goods. If you paid with MobilePay, the amount will be refunded to the card associated with your MobilePay.


Right to complain

If we cannot agree on how to handle the complaint, you may submit a complaint to the Centre for Complaint Resolution, Danish Competition and Consumer Authority, Carl Jacobsens Vej 35, 2500 Valby, www.forbrug.dk.


Liability

REDGREEN is not liable for delays or failure to fulfil the agreement due to force majeure. As long as a force majeure situation exists, REDGREEN is exempt from fulfilment of its obligations.

REDGREEN's liability for all claims for damages is limited to an amount corresponding to the price of the product you have purchased.
